Ti Amor, moi non plus french chicken ass!!. Most of the time Mr Perrin bought this french chicken from a shop in the hyper city in Nantes France. It can tell how good is that chicken meat, compared to super market chicken.  I assumed this chicken must running around in the farm, just like us love travelling around many countries. I love chicken, but I love to cooked in a different style. Chicken ass will be given to Coco, he love so much eating his chicken ass.  My delicious chicken baked with east spices, as well as spcies Peri Peri from spain together with Portugal chillies whisky.  That's my first time seeing a bottle whisky with chillies. I do know whether Portuguese people love spicy foods, but I know a friend from Portugal, he's hot in bed. Somehow Looking at this chicken before cooking, it was told black chicken from the french farm. There's a secret menu black chicken soup, my mother secret cantonese steaming soup with herbs. It was told chicken for female and male soup is not the same ingredients. It's our ancient cantonese people coming from Guangdong and Hongkong. How to prepare and cook a good black chicken soup. It was told chicken skin is fattering, and chicken ass is very smooth compared to white chicken meat. One of my sister lived in melbourne, she loves chicken ass, beside that she told us a story about how she worked in that chicken industrial farm in melbourne. How she run the management system, and rules in australia is very strict!! My grandmother always repeated to me many times in one week. Saying...do not eat chicken when you caught a flu. Chicken is just like us, we caught a flu and chicken do caught a flu. What are the best way to get out of flu?.

This french black chicken I cooked in another way. Using spicies, blended garlic, slices of onions and honey to shine this chicken.  A special herbs good for health, and a good taste!!  Before cooking, chicken must be well clean and rub with salt to take away some of the germs!!  I had seen a french family never washed chicken and bake it immediately. Be striaght to it, nothing is hidden, most of the Singaporeans' washed everything before cooking. If you do not want virus or germs attacking you, the best wash everything. Wash the chicken inside and outside, and cook it immediately!!

Mmmm..I wouldn't tell you much..I know many of my friends had eaten my meals. Hasn't heard they fall sick, but they just want to taste more..
